The boring part plays itself.
The fun part is yours._

A browser MMO: press 💤 and your team farms and levels for hours on its own. The rest is you and your friends — the arena, the dungeons, the world bosses, a city of real people. All 151 pocket monsters, free.

Open it and play. No download, no console.

Offline that actually counts

Press 💤 before you go and your team keeps hunting — earning close to what it would with you watching, not a token trickle. Come back to a report of exactly what happened while you were gone.

Where the automation stops

The game farms and levels for you. What is actually worth playing stays in your hands: the ranked arena with seasons, dungeons, world bosses that take a crowd to bring down. Every move there is cast by you.

Nobody can cheat it

The server decides every encounter — which species, what level, shiny or not. Your browser never gets to claim a result, and one the zone could not have produced is simply refused. So a rare catch on the leaderboard is a rare catch.

Provably yours

Every pocket monster gets a birth certificate — who caught it, when, with which ball — and it survives every trade, so you always know where what you bought came from. Even a staff grant is on the record, with the reason.

Check a certificate →

Rarity, IVs & shinies

No two catches are the same one: each rolls its own six IVs and a quality tier. Two Pidgeys can be worlds apart — and then there are the shinies.

A city that is awake

Other trainers walk past with their teams, under a day that turns for everyone at once — dawn, noon, dusk and night, the same sky for the whole server.

An economy with people in it

Auction off a good catch, or bid on somebody else's. There is an order-book exchange as well, so prices are set by the people playing — not by a shop.

Nothing you buy beats what you play for

No stat, no catch rate, no shiny odds and no exclusive creature is ever for sale. Paying only ever skips busywork — and the premium currency is traded between players for Gold, so playing gets you there too.

All of Kanto, in numbers

151 species, 43 zones up to level 80, 164 moves, over 175 items and 58 medals. The whole wiki is built live from the game's own data, so it can never go stale on you.

Nameplates, targeting and the meter

### 🎯 Targets and nameplates - **Enemies are red, allies are green:** a nameplate now says which side each pocket monster is on — red for hostile, green for another trainer's, white for yours. In a thirty-player raid it was all white until now. - **A shiny stays red, with a gold halo:** a rare hostile no longer reads as the friendliest thing on screen. - **Bosses wear their own mark:** the Delve Guardian and the raid bosses carry a pixel-art icon in place of the old emoji. - **Nameplates stop covering each other:** overlapping names push themselves apart. Your target and your own pocket monster hold their place. - **Point at a plate, click it:** hovering outlines a nameplate and clicking selects that target. The one you picked gets a frame in the same colour as the outline on its body, and a bigger health bar. - **What your target is hitting:** the target panel gained a line naming whoever is taking the hit — and it says **YOU** when it is you, or **Substitute** when your doll is taking it for you. In a raid the red ring on the ground now appears only under your own pocket monster. ### 📊 Damage meter - **The table freezes instead of vanishing:** leaving a raid or a delve leaves the numbers on screen until the next fight. - **The button is always there:** the meter opens anywhere, the training yard included. ### 🛒 Collector - **The buyback shelf updates immediately:** sold something and regretted it? It shows up in the buyback tab without reopening the panel.

Update — 31 August

### 🏋️ The Training Yard actually works now - **Your moves really fire:** an old fault refused **every** move outside battle — the skill bar lit up, but nothing happened. That is why the posts never reacted. - **Fair reach:** melee moves lost almost a full tile of reach from the south, the only side you can approach a post from. - **When a swing is refused, the game says why:** too far, on cooldown, no target. Before it was just silence. - **The 📊 meter opens**, and damage numbers now rise with the same arc, stacking and crit highlight as everywhere else. ### 🎣 The Karp Cup - **Every Saturday, 15:00–19:00 UTC:** the heaviest Magikarp caught inside the window wins Gold and the permanent **King of Karp** title. It has to be your own catch and still exist at the close — one bought at the auction house does not count. ### 🏆 Championship - **Ranked arena with a history:** every match is recorded, and you can watch the fight back afterwards. ### 🌳 World - **Tree shadows:** each tree was casting seven overlapping shadows. Now it casts one. - **The wind died down:** trees swayed at gale speed whatever the sky was doing. They are calm now, and only pick up when it is windy or storming. - **Trees in season:** each one is drawn in the current season's art. - **Sliding trainer:** he sometimes walked with no animation, sliding across the screen. Fixed. ### 🎒 Interface - **Item pickup notice:** anything entering your bag now raises a corner notice with the item's art — before it was one line in the chat. - **Frame rate cap:** the game was drawing far more frames than your screen shows, burning battery for nothing. It now ships at 60, with 30 / 60 / 144 under Settings → Display. - **Fullscreen on mobile**, and the last HUD buttons are pixel art at last.

Update — stat-boosting moves rebalanced

### ⚔️ Combat - **Stat-boosting moves have been rebalanced:** Swords Dance, Meditate, Sharpen, Growth and Rage were far ahead of everything else. Stacked to the cap they quadrupled your damage, which meant the fourth slot on your bar had exactly one right answer. A maxed stack now multiplies damage by 1.74 instead of 4. - **A damaging move is worth the slot again:** while buffs were worth four times, putting Tri Attack or Fury Attack on the bar was literally worse than leaving the slot empty. Not any more. Worth reviewing your pocket monsters' bars — and yes, hunts in high zones will earn less until you do. - **A fight with no buffs is untouched:** if nobody in the fight changes a stat, nothing has changed — not by a single point of damage. ### 🗺️ World - **Lin stepped away from the doorway:** the medals attendant stood right on the entrance, so you walked over her before you could read her name. She has moved a few steps down.

Championship join fixed, and Focus Energy stacks

### 🏆 Championships - **The Enter button was lying:** signing up reported "it didn't work" even though you had in fact joined. Fixed — and if you tried to enter the Psydcup and thought it failed, go and check: you are probably already in. - **The prize list is readable again:** each placing now has its own row with its own items. With several prizes per place, there was no way to tell where 1st place ended and 2nd began. ### ⚔️ Combat - **Focus Energy stacks:** up to 3 casts in a row, each one raising your critical-hit chance further — 6.25% to 25%, 43.75% and 62.5% on an ordinary move. Its cooldown came down from 22s to 7s precisely so you can stack it before the buff runs out, and the chip above your pocket monster shows how many charges are up. Asked for in your feedback.

Speed pays all the way up, and a yard to measure it in

### ⚔️ Combat - **Speed pays all the way up:** past a certain Speed, extra points did nothing at all. Now every point keeps quickening your whole rhythm — swings, cast bars, cooldowns and damage-over-time ticks — with diminishing returns and no hard ceiling. - **Agility finally does something:** Speed buffs moved nobody's rhythm. Now they genuinely speed you up, and the first cast is worth most of the gain. Speed drops still don't slow you down. - **Raid bosses learned to hurry:** Zapdos and Moltres now open with Agility. ### 🏋️ New: the Training Yard - **Five posts west of the League stadium,** in the forest lobby. Walk up, use your real skill bar, and watch each hit's damage float off the post, land in the ⚔ log and go into the 📊 meter. - **One post per kind of fight:** Wild, Duel, Vault Warden, Delve Boss and Raid Effigy. All five share the same base, so the difference you read is the difficulty's, not the dummy's. - **No risk and no reward:** no post hits back, none of them fall, and nothing heals you there. No EXP, no Gold, no items — just the answer to "how hard does my pocket monster actually hit". - **Drillmaster Nadia** is on duty at the yard gate. ### 📖 Site - **The wiki's combat page** now shows the whole tempo curve, including the stretch where extra Speed pays less and less.

August 27, 2026

Speed now drives your whole tempo

### ⚔️ Combat - **Speed now drives your whole tempo:** until now it only shortened the global cooldown. It now also shortens each move's own cooldown, the wind-up on moves that charge, and how often the poison or burn you inflict deals damage. A fast pocket monster does all of it up to 25% faster; past 300 Speed it stops helping. - **A fast attacker's poison hurts more:** the ticks come more often inside the same duration, so the total damage is higher. Status durations are unchanged, and so are channelled moves like Recover. - **Wild and opposing pocket monsters got this too**, each off its own Speed — a Rapidash hits you more often than a Snorlax does. It applies on the farm, in delves, in the arena and against the world boss. - **Mimic now borrows the move and gives it back:** press Mimic and the slot becomes the copy, ready to use; spend the copy and the slot serves the copied move's cooldown; when that ends, the slot is Mimic again. The 15s cooldown its card advertised never actually existed and has been removed. ### 📖 Wiki - **A Speed table on /wiki/combat:** for each Speed band it shows the global cooldown, the reference move's cooldown, and the interval between poison ticks.

August 27, 2026

Sleep and freeze now interrupt casts

### ⚔️ Combat - **Sleep and freeze now interrupt:** being put to sleep or frozen partway through a move's wind-up cancels it. It cuts both ways and works in every mode — hunt, delve, PvP and raid. A cut move gives its cooldown back, so you lose the moment, not the move. - **Hypnosis and friends got a second use:** Hypnosis, Spore, Sing, Sleep Powder and Lovely Kiss — and the freeze on Blizzard, Ice Beam and Ice Punch — are now a way to cut off an opponent's big move, not just to lock them down. - **Watch out in raids:** Articuno's telegraph freezes 100% of the time. Saving your long move until after the circle lands is now worth doing. ### 🎯 Move tuning - **Seismic Toss, Night Shade and Psywave:** these now deal damage equal to the attacking pocket monster's own level, with no hidden multiplier. On this server they had been hitting well above what their text promised — they are about a third weaker now, and the descriptions finally tell the truth. Psywave ranges from half to one and a half times the level.

Instances load on a slow connection, and Kanto complete in 8 directions

### 🗺️ Entering an arena, a delve or a hunt - **The green screen is gone:** on a poor connection, entering an instance sometimes left just the HUD over an empty green background, with a page reload the only way out. The loading screen was tearing itself down before the map scene ever started. Fixed — the map always opens. - **The loading screen actually waits now:** it used to give up after a flat 12 seconds and hand you a half-built map. It now watches whether anything is still arriving, so a slow connection stays covered until the map is ready. - **A failed map file no longer strands you:** the game retries, says so if it still can't fetch it, and puts you in the scene either way instead of leaving you in a void. ### ✨ Looks - **Kanto complete in 8 directions:** Paras, Psyduck and Growlithe got their walk animations. With them, all 151 Kanto pocket monsters have their own overworld sprite.

Zone card tabs, shinies on your profile

### 🗺️ Hunting - **The zone card now has tabs:** Pokémon, Items, Foraging and Refining. Each lists what that zone gives up and at what odds — item percentages are per wild defeated, and the Refining tab tells you which level opens each find. ### 👤 Profile - **Shinies you have met:** how many shiny species have crossed your path, and your shiny catch rate. Counting starts from when the tracking shipped, so older encounters are missing. - **All five professions:** your profile now shows every one, with its level and how far the next one is — including the ones you have not started. ### 🐛 Fixes - **The wiki's item pages are back:** 24 Refining materials (Scrap Metal and friends) errored out when opened, since yesterday. They open normally again. ### ✨ Details - **Pocket monsters breathe:** standing still, yours now has a gentle breathing motion instead of being frozen in place.

The artisans' quarter, and the professions panel moved

### 🏘️ New in the world - **The artisans' quarter:** a dirt road runs east out of the plaza to five tents, each with its own craftsman. This is where the professions will work from. ### 🍳 Professions - **The panel belongs to each craftsman now:** the 🛠 button is gone from the side rail. Talk to the craftsman whose trade you want and his panel opens on it — no tabs to hop between trades. You can read every recipe, what it takes and the level it opens at. - **Crafting is not open to everyone yet.** The button is greyed out and says why on hover. Refining is the first one that will open: it grinds Evolution Stones, which you can already buy at the Evolution Emporium or find out farming. ### 🐞 Reports - **New category: art and animation.** Find the pocket monster, watch it walk in all eight directions, and click the frames that look wrong. Sending the frames says exactly where to look — far better than describing it in words. ### 🔧 Fixes - **Auto-sell in the Hunt Analyzer:** the 💰 switch did not save and snapped back on its own. It sticks now.

August 24, 2026

Update — August 24

### ⚔️ Combat - **Disable finally locks for real:** its 4 seconds now stack on top of whatever cooldown the move already had. Before, the lock expired before the move was coming back anyway — for more than half the catalog it did nothing at all. - **A locked move now looks locked:** it greys out with the countdown running on your own bar and on the icon above the opponent. Before, the button stayed lit and pressing it did nothing. - **Disable, Mimic and Mirror Move in raids:** all three read the target's last used move, and the world boss never recorded it — so all three failed on every attempt, against the boss and against its adds. They work now. ### 👥 On the field - **Every trainer now stands behind their own pocket monster** — in hunts, delves, raids and the arena. Only your own look was ever drawn before: a thirty-player raid showed thirty pocket monsters and no trainers at all, and in the arena your opponent never had a body. - **Nameplates read the same everywhere:** name, level and owner appear the same way in all four modes. Delves printed "YOU" instead of the name, and switching pocket monsters wiped the owner line. ### 🎒 Interface - **Right-click your recent catches:** rows in the Hunt Analyzer now open the same menu as your team cards — Inspect and Link in chat.

August 24, 2026

Pay Day, and a Game Menu on Esc

### 💰 Economy - **Pay Day pays up to 2 coins per foe:** the move's description promised 6 — now the two agree. Every hit that lands still earns bonus Gold when the foe is defeated. - **The coins show on the target:** a coin chip on the wild's nameplate counts how many have landed, and the "$" stops once the limit is reached instead of flashing for Gold that was no longer coming. ### ⚙️ Menu & Settings - **Esc opens a Game Menu:** Settings, Hunt Automation, Help, Report, the SS Shop, the bulletin board and Discord all live there. - **Back to Lobby:** inside a hunt, delve or arena the menu has a direct way out — with the same confirmation the 🚪 door asks for. - **Hunt Automation outside a hunt:** pick which balls to throw and when to heal at any time, not only mid-hunt. - **The Controls tab finally holds the controls:** mouse and touch controls used to sit under Settings; they are in Controls now, beside the keybinds. - **The keybind editor is translated:** the reset button and the key-conflict notice were showing in English for everyone.

August 24, 2026

An outlined target, and enemies that stay put

### 🎯 Targeting - **Picking a target no longer provokes the enemy:** clicking a wild pocket monster stopped making it drop everything and run at you. It only comes for you once you get close enough, or once something hits it — and a hit still provokes it instantly, so the fight starts the same way, just on your terms. - **The target is now an outline around the creature**, instead of a ring on the ground. It stays visible when your target is behind a tree or a wall — only the outline comes forward, the body is still hidden as before. - **On a hunt the target marks itself:** the outline follows the wild your pocket monster is actually fighting, with nothing to click. - **In delves, whatever attacks you becomes your target** if you have none — and a creature that appears out of nowhere can no longer steal the one you chose. ### 🧭 World - **NPCs:** standing between two clerks no longer leaves your target stuck on the first one. It moves to the nearest, so the interact key talks to whoever is in front of you instead of telling you they are too far away. ### 🎒 Items - **Status cures, Revives and PP restores now stack to 9999**, same as balls and potions. Everything the bag carries for free shares one limit. ### ⚖️ Balance - **Delves are a little harder:** since enemies no longer come to you when selected, you have to walk to them. Hunts are unchanged.

August 24, 2026

No trainer cap, cast times and line of sight

### 🏆 Progression - **No trainer cap:** level 100 is no longer the ceiling for free accounts. Everyone keeps climbing, and the Gold bonus every level adds keeps growing with it — paying or not. ### ⚔️ Combat - **Cast times:** 36 moves now take a moment to go off, with their own bar under the health bar. Stand still to cast: moving cancels it, and a cancelled cast gives its cooldown back. Wild creatures cast too. - **Rest heals while it sleeps:** its three seconds pay out in pulses, so waking early keeps whatever already arrived. - **Line of sight:** a ranged move has to see its target. With a wall in the way the press is refused for free — no cooldown and no GCD spent. - **Fixed damage no longer stacks:** Seismic Toss, Night Shade and Psywave now share one cooldown. Carrying all three hits like carrying one. ### 🏟️ Arena - **Diminishing returns on crowd control:** sleep, freeze, confusion, paralysis and trapping are worth less each time they land on the same creature — full, half, quarter, then nothing, until a quiet spell resets it. Duels only. ### 🐛 Fixes - **The damage number is readable again:** it no longer hides behind SUPER EFFECTIVE and CRITICAL. Each one gets its own line. - **Houses breaking when you leave a hunt:** fixed — no more reloading the browser. - **Bag:** new header, with the title, capacity and Gold on one line and the explanations on hover.

August 23, 2026

The Arena queue speaks up, and the Mansion is repainted

### ⚔️ PvP - **The Arena queue speaks up:** waiting alone in the ranked queue used to be invisible — nobody could tell there was someone to fight. After ten seconds with no match, the referee now says so once in World chat, so somebody can queue against you. Matchmaking itself is unchanged, and the line is never stored. ### 🗺️ World - **Pokémon Mansion repainted:** both floors got new art end to end, on their own tileset instead of floor tiles borrowed from other zones. ### 🐛 Fixes - **Doubled scenery:** opening the game built the map twice over, so every tree, lamp and bench existed in duplicate, each with its own shadow and its own night glow. Fixed.

August 21, 2026

The Clone Lab, and item descriptions in your language

### 🧪 Clone Lab - **The third delve:** unlocked by clearing the Rocket Hideout. An abandoned cloning laboratory with three tanks — activate one, the clone bursts out and fights you right there, and only then does the next tank power up. Venusaur, Blastoise and Charizard in clone colours, and something much bigger flees the moment you are done. - **Along the way:** a failed experiment in the holding cell and three research notes in the corridors. New tileset, props and lighting. ### ⚔️ Combat - **Attacks have weight now:** the caster moves. Before this, every ranged, special and status move left the attacker perfectly still while particles appeared on their own in the middle of the field. - **Type medals count in a world boss raid:** they had never been applied there. They are now — which makes the fight easier for anyone holding one. ### 🍳 Professions - **All five have menus:** the 🛠 panel and `/wiki/professions` show what Foraging and Refining gather, and every meal, elixir, tonic, ball fitting and gadget the other three will make — each with a hover card. ### 🎒 Items - **Descriptions are translated:** every item description now reads in Portuguese and Spanish — in the bag, the shop, the hotbar and the wiki. Names stay in English, like every content name in the game. - **Each dish says what it does:** all nine read the same generic line, so they were indistinguishable on every screen. - **Name Tags moved to 📦 Other,** beside the Escape Rope and the Poké Doll.

August 19, 2026

Professions — five crafts on the way

### 🍳 Professions — coming soon Five crafting professions are on the way. The new 🛠 panel in game shows what each one will do. **None of them is playable yet** — there is no date, and nothing here is final. - **Foraging:** the gathering craft. You walk the overworld and your pocket monster's abilities find rare Berries, Apricorns, Energy Roots and Big Mushrooms. - **Refining:** grind Evolution Stones and ancient Relics down into elemental dusts and fragments. - **Gastronomy:** pre-battle meals. Whoever eats walks in Well Fed, with buffs that fire on their own the moment combat starts. - **Apothecary:** long-lasting Elixirs, and Combat Tonics for the moment that decides a fight. - **Spherecrafting:** modify ball shells, craft capture attachments, and build gadgets you deploy mid-battle. You can read all of it at **/wiki/professions**. ### 💬 We want to hear from you This is exactly why we are showing it before building it. Which craft do you want first? Does any of them sound dull? Is there an obvious profession missing? What are you hoping to be able to make? Every card in the panel has a vote button, and we build in that order — but tell us on Discord, because there is still time to change what these professions actually do.

August 19, 2026

Every effect explained, and a chat log with times

### ⚔️ Combat - **Every effect says what it does:** hover a buff or debuff icon on a pocket monster's nameplate and a card explains it. The party chips used to print the raw code (`sp_attack −2`). ### 💬 Chat - **A time on every message:** every chat line now shows when it was said. - **Day separators:** the log splits into Today, Yesterday, the weekday, and further back the full date (22/04/2016). ### 🗺️ World - **Echo Cavern is lit:** wall torches, with an animated flame and a pool of light on the floor. ### 🖥️ Interface - **The HUD stopped drawing over itself:** the PvP queue banner, the target frame, the effect row and the hunt notice now stack instead of fighting for the same spot. Quick notices sit above the menu rail, and the delve boss-wake warning is centred. - **Sort by Dex No.** everywhere, and a **filter bar** in the Trade picker. - **A dot on the shop button** while the daily gift is unclaimed. ### 💰 Economy - **The Grand Exchange tells you what happened to your order:** filled, part-filled or resting — and that the goods arrive in your Mailbox. ### 👥 Social - **Invite to Guild** straight from the overworld and chat menus. ### ✨ Art - Rebuilt sprites: Nidoran♂, Hitmonlee and Porygon.

All five Professions show what they will make

### 🍳 All five Professions now show what they will make The 🛠 panel is no longer a generic "coming soon": every craft has a tab listing what it produces, ingredient by ingredient. Hover any chip to see what it is and where it comes from. - **Gastronomy:** nine dishes. Whoever eats walks in **Well Fed** — half an hour, one dish at a time, on the pocket monster that ate, and lost if it goes down. - **Apothecary:** six **Elixirs** (half an hour, and they sit on YOU, so they survive your pocket monster fainting) and six hotbar **Combat Tonics**, which share one five-minute cooldown between them. - **Spherecrafting:** four Poké Ball fittings and four field gadgets — a decoy, a net, a smoke screen and an eject pad. - **Foraging** and **Refining:** the 81 ingredients that feed the other three, by category.

Magnus's board now shows all of it

### 📈 Magnus's board now shows all of it - **No more top 8:** the two lists on the 📈 Market tab — *Paying over the odds* and *Paying less* — showed eight species each. They now show every one, each column scrolling on its own with a count in the heading. - **Why that stung:** the "paying over" list is ranked by price, so the eight you saw were the most expensive ones — exactly the hardest to reach. Everything you could actually go and catch right now sat hidden just below the cut. There are over 130 species paying over the odds today, and you can see all of them.

August 18, 2026

Update — August 18

### 🎒 Items & Economy - **Balls are 10% cheaper, permanently:** the Poké Ball now costs 180 Gold, the Great Ball 540 and the Ultra Ball 1,080. This is not a weekend sale — it is the new list price, so every hunt spends less to catch the same. ### 🗺️ World - **Mt. Moon rebuilt:** the cave walls are real terrain now, instead of hundreds of hand-placed pieces. It reads cleaner, and collision finally follows exactly what you see on screen. - **The fog stayed outside:** that drifting haze is weather — and weather does not reach a place with no sky. Caves, buildings, delves and the arena no longer have fog drifting through them.

August 18, 2026

Update — August 18

### 🐦 World Bosses - **A lair of their own:** Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres now fight in their own arenas — glacier, power plant and volcano — instead of sharing the same cave. - **Add shield:** while any add is alive, the boss takes 90% less damage. Target a specific add and break the shield before you focus the boss. - **Smaller arena:** the lair shrank, so the raid gathers and the fight starts faster. ### 🛡️ Guilds - **Guild chat:** your guild now has its own permanent chat room with history — you don't have to be online at the same time as your guildmates to talk. ### 🎒 Items - **Heal and revive anywhere:** Status healers and Revives on your item bar now work in raids and delves too, not just from the Bag. - **More Poké Balls on the ground:** early zones now drop double the Poké Balls per catch. ### 🏅 Medals - **21 new medals:** for catching a Magikarp, training a Pokémon to max level, winning at the casino, buying from the guild vendor, selling at the Auction House, staying loyal to your guild, and more. ### 🌐 Language - **Titles in your language:** titles that used to show only in Portuguese are now translated for English and Spanish players.

August 18, 2026

August 18 update

### ⚔️ Combat - **Fixed-damage moves now depend on who is attacking:** Seismic Toss, Night Shade, Psywave, Dragon Rage and Sonic Boom always ignored the target's defence — but they ignored the attacker too, so the worst pocket monster hit exactly as hard as the best one. They now scale with the user's Attack or Sp. Atk, and they are considerably weaker overall: they were far too strong for moves nobody can defend against. - **The auto-rotation stopped steering you onto them:** these moves were being ranked with type and STAB bonuses that were never applied to the real damage, so your team kept picking the very move that was broken. ### 💰 Economy - **What each species pays, on the Collector's board:** the 📈 Market tab now shows each species' average price with the supply-and-demand multiplier already applied. The "paying over the odds" list is ranked by what it actually pays rather than by the size of the bonus — a cheap species with a big bonus no longer sits above a valuable one. ### 🌳 World - **X-ray window:** standing behind a building or a tree now opens one round window around you, instead of the ragged patch of half-faded tiles it used to be. Nothing below your feet fades, so walls and trunks stay solid. ### 💬 Interface - **Chat tabs on a single line:** with many conversations open the tabs grew extra rows and stole height from the game. They now slide with arrows — and when a tab with a new message scrolls out of sight, the arrow on that side is marked. - **Nothing throws you out of the game any more:** the "all shops" link inside the Collector opened a loose page outside the client. Those loose pages are gone.

August 17, 2026

Supply and demand at the Collector, and the odds before you hunt

### 💰 Collector Magnus - **Supply and demand:** what Magnus pays now depends on what the whole server has been selling. A species everyone is dumping on him starts to fetch less; one nobody has brought in for days pays over the odds. - **New Market tab:** shows what is up, what is down, and which zones each one is found in — so you know where to go, not just that a price moved. - **It starts neutral:** the market has no history yet, so today everyone still pays the usual. Prices pull apart as the server's sales build up. - **What he shows is what he pays:** the card used to include a training bonus the sale never paid. The number on screen is now exactly what reaches your bag. ### 🎯 Hunting - **Catch odds in the zone picker:** before you choose where to hunt, you can see the real chance of catching each pocket monster with each ball. It already accounts for your type medals and that zone's weather — it is your chance, not an average. ### ✨ VIP - **Shiny alerts in your browser:** catch a shiny and your browser tells you, with its sprite — so a hunt is worth leaving running in another tab. Off by default: turn it on at ESC → Notifications, and your browser will ask permission once.

One rule for healing prices, a fair camera, and move details

### 💊 Items & Economy - **One rule for every healing price:** every healing item now costs the same per point of health restored. The eight prices used to be set one by one, and there was even an inversion — a Max Potion at 120 beside a Hyper Potion at 210 that healed less. - **On the shelf:** Potion 20 → 19 and Hyper Potion 210 → 186 got cheaper; Max Potion 120 → 245 and Full Restore 200 → 325 went up and now sit above Hyper Potion, where they belong. Fresh Water, Soda Pop and Lemonade follow the same rule. The shop orders by price, so the shelf order is now the order of how much each item heals. ### 🗺️ World - **Fair camera:** zoom now shows the same slice of the world on every screen. Big monitors used to see far more of the hunting field — playing on a small screen meant seeing less than everyone else. ### 🏛️ Delves - **The marker says what is missing:** the boss's lair no longer offers a "Press F" the server refuses; until the boss appears, it shows the requirement ("Collect the crystals first"). - **Numbered keypads:** the Rocket Hideout's three keypads now show their own number, matching the order the clue asks for. - **The announcements that were missing:** waking the Guardian in Echo Cavern and completing the rescue objective now announce on screen instead of happening in silence. ### 📖 Wiki & Profile - **Move details on hover:** on the Pokédex pages, every move in the list opens a card with accuracy, cooldown, range, effect and mechanics. - **Balls spent in the hunt history:** each hunt reports how many balls it used, broken down by type.

August 17, 2026

August 17 update

### ⚔️ Combat - **📊 Damage meter:** a new panel shows who is carrying the fight — damage done, DPS, healing (with the wasted half split out), damage taken and how long each effect lasted. It works in all five combat modes, and the table is frozen into the Delve and duel result screens. - **Damage follows you out now:** HP lost in Delves, world boss raids and the ranked arena is written to your team for real. Leaving one of those fights used to hand everybody back untouched. Nurse Joy still heals for free — the cost is the trip, not the money. - **Leaving a Delve counts:** backing out mid-run or dropping your connection now ends the run, instead of being a free escape. ### 👥 Party - **The party bar is live everywhere:** your teammates' pocket monsters show their HP and active effects in real time in any mode — before, they only moved while those players were hunting. ### 🗺️ World - **A loading screen on every map change:** coming back from a hunt or a Delve, or being teleported, no longer shows the world assembling itself in front of you. The screen only lifts once the whole scene is ready, scenery included. ### 🛡️ Fair play - **Fake clicks blocked:** console scripts that automated catching no longer work. Nothing changes if you play normally. ### 📖 Site - **Translated guides:** the site's guides now exist in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Raid mechanics, a daily delve bonus, and shiny art

### 🦅 Legendary bosses - **Raid mechanics:** each bird now fights in its own way. Glowing circles mark the ground and you have at least three seconds to step out before they close, reinforcements arrive in waves, the fight changes stage and the boss enrages. Articuno wraps itself in a shield that only drops when its guardians do. - **Wind-up attacks:** the three big signature moves now show a charge ring before they land — you can move away instead of taking it out of nowhere. - **Bosses the size they deserve:** a boss is drawn at twice the size and a delve's vault guardian at one and a half, instead of looking exactly like the little monsters guarding them. ### ⛏️ Delves - **Daily bonus:** the first clear of each delve each day pays 10x gold and a guaranteed TM. The delve picker shows which bonuses are still waiting for you today. ### ⚙️ Automation - **New ⚔ Combat tab (VIP):** your pocket monster can hold its first hit until a chosen number of wilds are chasing it, so an area skill catches them all at once. Without VIP it still fights on its own as before, attacking on contact — what changes is being able to configure it. If you had already set that number without VIP, it goes back to 1. ### ✨ Visuals - **A shiny finally looks shiny everywhere:** the Depot, Auction House, Mailbox, Trades, the team HUD and the public certificate now show the recoloured art instead of the ordinary version with a ✨ beside it. - **Look preview in the shop:** click a look and see it walking in every direction, along with the emotes it unlocks. ### 🎁 Referrals - **A week of VIP:** anyone who joins through a referral now gets 7 days of VIP on top of the level 10 starter and 5 Great Balls — the badge, 12h hunts, the ordered automation lists and auto-sell.

Collector bounties and per-species leaderboards

### 📋 Collector Bounties - **Magnus's board:** the Collector has a new bounties tab — a species, a minimum level and sometimes a gender, a quality or a nature. The board is the same for the whole server, and a request is replaced the instant somebody fills it. - **Pays a multiple of the value:** hand over what he asked for and Magnus pays several times what that pocket monster is worth — the better the catch, the bigger the payout. One turn-in per trainer per day. - **⚠️ A turn-in is final:** the pocket monster goes with the bounty. ### 🏆 Leaderboards - **Per-species filter:** the pocket monster boards now take a species — you can see who has the best Dragonite on the server, not just the best overall. - **Card Pokédex aligned:** the count on the inspect card now matches the Pokédex board. ### 🐛 Fixes - **Collector gold updates instantly:** selling to Magnus refreshes the gold in your HUD right away, with nothing to reopen.

Weather fixed, and delves with a face

### 🌦️ Weather — we had it backwards, and yesterday's note was wrong - **It is the other way round now:** a type the weather favours hits harder **and is harder to catch**. A type the weather works against is weaker **and easier to catch**. Yesterday's update had the opposite — the sky made your target stronger and then handed you an advantage catching it, which made no sense. - **The consolation moved with it:** it is now the **favoured** wild that never comes in below Refined quality when you do land it. It costs more to catch, so it is worth more. - The weather pill in the Hunt Analyzer already shows the right direction — and the colour now follows what is good **for you**, not what is good for the type. ### 🗺️ Delves — a new screen before you go down - **Every delve has its own art now.** Echo Cavern and the Rocket Hideout open on an illustration of the place instead of just a name. - **Lore:** who was there before you, and why it is the way it is. - **What the run asks:** the objective list appears **before** you go in, marking which optional ones you have already done this season. - **Your record there:** runs, clears, rank and your best survival. - **The level rule, finally written down:** you can enter any level up to one past your best — levels you have already cleared are still worth running for the loot. - **Fixed:** the cards showed `Lv %{level}` instead of the number, and the selected delve was not marked as selected. ### 🧢 Trainers - **Kai is back to the right size.** One defective frame in his running animation was stretching the whole character's box: he rendered about 17% shorter than Ivy — the skin next to him in character creation — with his feet floating above the ground.

See a Pokémon's details before you bid

### 🔨 Auction House - Right-click a listing to see the details: it opens the creature's full card — stats, IV hexagon, nature, quality, the moves it knows and can still learn, and its origin certificate. Check everything before you bid, without leaving the board. - The buy window shows more too: it used to list IVs as "atk 31" / "spatk 20"; now it carries the same hexagon, IV percentage, nature and quality tag you see everywhere else in the game.

Catching is less punishing, and the Grand Exchange is a list

### 🎯 Catching is far less punishing - Weak creatures are easier to catch: catching now accounts for how strong the creature is, not just its species. Common early wilds are up to 2x easier. - More Poké Balls drop in the starter zones: 1-2 to 2-3 per drop across the first five zones. With the change above, wins needed to fund one catch fell from ~105 to ~32. - A bigger starter kit: 15 Poké Balls instead of 10, and auto-catch is on from the start — as Professor Oak always said it was. ### 💱 Grand Exchange - It's a list now, not a wall of icons: every item shows units for sale, units wanted, the best price on both sides, the last trade and the 24h move — all on one screen. You used to open items one at a time to find any price at all. - Sort by any column, starting on the All category. Hover a row for the item's details and how many you're carrying. - A wider window: no more horizontal scrollbar.

Skills are something you can collect now

### ✨ Skills are something you can collect now - **New Skills tab:** open any pocket monster's card and see **every** skill it can ever hold, with a `14 / 29` counter. Each row says where you stand: knows it, can get it back, waiting to be learned, or not yet. - **What's missing, and how to get it:** anything you don't have yet shows the way — "14 levels away" or "needs TM08", with the machine's number and tier. - **Wants to learn is part of the list:** skills waiting to be learned now sit in their own place in the list, with Learn and Skip right there. No more hunting for a separate panel. ### 📖 The Professor gives TM skills back - **A spent TM isn't lost any more:** as well as the level-up skills your pocket monster walked past, the Professor now returns **any skill a TM or HM once taught it** — even if you overwrote it long ago. - **Each one keeps its own history:** the record belongs to that pocket monster, so it survives evolution, trading and the auction house. A TM skill costs twice a level-up one, and the panel names the machine. ### 📕 Pokédex rebuilt - **It has pages now:** DATA, MOVES, TYPES and AREA — use ◀ ▶ to move between them. - **Every skill has detail:** hover any of them, TMs included, for type, power, accuracy and effect. - **Where to find it and what it costs:** the zones it appears in with real odds, a catch table per Poké Ball (with and without a type medal, and the average Gold per catch), and what each species drops. ### 🔗 Certificate of origin - **The collection travels with the link:** shared a pocket monster's origin link with someone? They see the same skill progress you do.

Buffs that stack, a real Substitute, and stronger shinies

### ⚔️ Combat - **Stat-boosting moves finally stack:** your pocket monster no longer stops at +2 or waits for the buff to wear off before casting again. Attack and Sp. Atk climb to +6 and get topped up before they fade — Swords Dance can now reach double damage. Reported by Jax, thanks! - **Buffs and debuffs fade one step at a time:** instead of vanishing all at once, each stage drops by one. Same for the debuffs wild pocket monsters put on you. - **Substitute is a real doll now:** it stands on the field, pulls attacks and can be broken. It used to be an invisible counter that left your pocket monster practically invulnerable for the rest of a hunt. - **Self-targeted moves work with no target:** buffs, heals and screens can be cast on an empty field. The button used to just do nothing. ### ✨ Shiny - **Shinies are stronger:** +5% to all six stats, HP included — and it applies to every shiny you already own. - **Minimum quality:** every shiny caught from now on comes in at least *refined*. Ones you already caught keep their original quality.

Weather, Rocket Base and guild levels

### 🌦️ Weather & Seasons - **The sky turned:** rain, snow, fog, wind, heat haze and storms now roll across the hunting zones. The weather comes from the zone's biome and the season — caves and indoor areas stay clear. - **Weather picks sides:** in the right conditions some types hit harder and are easier to catch, while others go weaker and harder. It cuts both ways — the wilds get the same treatment — so check the weather pill in the Hunt Analyzer before you pick your team. - **A consolation for bad weather:** a wild the weather works against costs more to catch, but when one does come, it never comes in below Refined. - **Seasons:** one week is a season, four weeks are a year. The turns are already on the 📅 calendar, and there's a new page at `/wiki/weather`. ### 🗺️ Delves - **New: Rocket Base.** Find the discarded note and enter the code on the three keypads in order — a wrong entry resets it and calls the guards. Optional: crack the Boss's safe, and slip past the cameras unseen. - **Echo Cavern reworked:** gather 3 Resonance Crystals to wake the Guardian. The Hidden Vault and the Rescue Mission pay extra loot. - **Unlock order:** each delve now asks for the previous one first. ### 🛡️ Guilds - **Guilds now level up** to 20, with an EXP bar in the 🛡️ panel. - **Guild Shop:** nature mints, unlocked in bands as the guild levels. ### 👹 World Boss - **Raid report:** when the boss goes down, see the total damage, how many trainers joined, and what dropped for you. ### 🎒 Hunting - **Poké Balls drop twice as often** while you hunt. - **The report shows the cost:** what the hunt spent on items, and the net gold at the end. - **Best type to bring:** the zone picker tells you which type stands out there. - **Repel:** choose whether it covers only this hunt's zone or every other one.

August 12, 2026

Update — August 12

### 🕳️ Delves - **The cave you see and the cave the server uses match again:** you could bump into thin air and walk through walls, and reloading the page "fixed" it. Each run now loads its own cave. - **Losing connection no longer throws you out:** you were dropped back into the world while the run carried on alone until your team fainted — losing the floor you had already cleared. - **Your deepest floor only goes up:** the record could fall back to an earlier floor. ### ⚔️ Duels & World Boss - **The duel queue pairs players who queued together:** two friends could join at the same moment and never meet. - **The world boss arena always loads.** ### 🎒 Interface - **The drag-to-item-bar tutorial stops once you have learned it:** the instructions for putting a Potion on the bar came back every time a quest asked you to use one, even with the bar already set. (Reported by reddipo.) - **The quest tracker moves along with you:** the HUD objective stuck on Professor Oak's first step while the quest panel already showed the right one.

August 12, 2026

August 12 update

### 📜 Quests - **Professor Oak actually stocks you up now:** his population survey has promised to "cover your expenses" since it shipped and never covered anything. Accepting it tops your balls up to 100 — he counts every ball you already carry, of any kind, and sends the difference as Poké Balls. With 25 Poké and 40 Ultra in the bag, 35 arrive. If you already hold 100 or more, nothing happens at all. ### 🎒 Items & Economy - **No counter buys balls:** shops have stopped buying balls of any kind, from anyone. With the Professor handing out a hundred a day, reselling the gift at the Mart was gold minted out of nothing — accept, sell, repeat tomorrow. Buying balls is completely unchanged. - **Trading stays open:** handing balls to a friend and selling them on the Grand Exchange are untouched. Those two move gold between players instead of creating it, and "my friend ran out of balls" has to keep working. - **Resale prices are off the screen:** the item card, the line in your bag, the Sell tab and the wiki's item table all showed a resale value for balls that no longer exists. All four stopped promising what the shop will not pay — and so did the Sell tab's filters, so the category no longer comes up empty as if it were broken.

Offline hunting fixed, full session report, working mints

### 🌙 Offline hunting - **An offline hunt now finishes the fights it starts:** the catch-up that runs while you are away restarted the battle every minute, so a wild left at 5% HP came back at full health. Measured over an hour per zone, five of the eight zones scored zero defeats for a whole night. The windows are long enough for a fight to finish now — a trainer hunting a zone at their own level felt this the most, and gains the most from the fix. ### 📊 Hunt report - **The 📊 panel shows the whole hunt, not the last minute of it:** it used to say things like "away 1m, 19 defeated" after an entire night. It now covers the hunt from start to finish — time played and time slept through together — with a chart of defeats, captures, faints and cumulative Gold over time. A hunt that was already running gets a partial chart, and the panel says so instead of drawing an empty axis. ### 🎒 Items - **The Dark Market mints work:** the "Use on…" button did absolutely nothing for mints bought with Dark Chips — no modal, no notice, no error. It opens normally now and changes your pocket monster's nature. If something goes wrong, you get told why.

August 12, 2026

Update — August 12

### 💬 NPCs & Dialogue - **Every button now says what that NPC does:** when an NPC is carrying a quest, the dialogue always offered the same "Business, actually" — even when what you wanted was a free heal from the Nurse. The button now names the destination: Heal my team, Browse the shop, Enter the Arena, Open the Depot, Visit the Auction House, Restore a move — and carries that NPC's own icon, the same one on their nameplate. ### 📚 Wiki - **Every page opens on a scene:** the wiki's eight sections opened on a bare emoji. Each card and each page now has its own pixel-art band — and a page shows the same scene as the card that linked to it, so arriving confirms the click. - **Wiki cards react to hover:** the cards are links, and now they behave like it.

An abandoned hunt now ends on its own

### ⛺ Hunts - **An abandoned hunt now ends on its own:** if the game closed with a hunt running — tab closed, connection dropped, or a server update —, it used to sit there until the 6h (12h VIP) limit without earning anything. It now ends after 15 minutes, and everything you had already done goes to your history. - **WhatsApp notice:** if your number is linked, you get a message telling you the hunt stopped — and reminding you about 💤. - **A reminder about 💤:** sleep mode is still the only way a hunt earns while you are away. Tap **💤** on the hunt screen before you go; simply closing the tab does not count. - **An honest history:** on your profile these hunts now show as *"closed without 💤"* instead of being mixed in with the ones that expired normally.

Offline catching costs what playing costs

### ⚖️ Catching offline now costs the same as catching in play You reported that offline farming "catches more and spends fewer balls". That was right, and it was two problems stacked on top of each other. - **A ball spent is a ball spent:** offline, a throw that missed cost nothing at all — a single ball could serve an entire 12-hour window. Every throw now spends the ball, exactly as it does when you're at the screen. - **The same maths on both sides:** the two paths worked out the catch chance slightly differently, without anyone having chosen that. They now use one formula. - **What this means for you:** far fewer catches per offline stretch on the same bag of balls. This is a fix rather than a difficulty change — catching offline was costing a fraction of what catching in play costs. Offline gold is completely unchanged. ### ⚡ Pikachu - **New overworld sprite:** a proper lightning-bolt tail, running on all fours and rearing up on two when it stops.

🛡️ Guilds are open

Guilds are open to every trainer. Open the 🛡️ button on the HUD. ### 🏛️ Founding - **Your own name and [TAG]:** 3 to 24 characters for the name, 2 to 5 for the tag. Both are unique across the whole server — and nobody has founded one yet, so everything is free on a first-come basis. - **It costs Gold:** the create panel shows the current price and what you have before you confirm. Never trust a number that did not come from there. - ⚠️ **It is permanent:** there is no rename and no re-tag. If the guild is disbanded, the name and tag go back into the pool for anyone to take — and neither the founding Gold nor the seats you bought are refunded. Read the warning before confirming; it lists all of this. ### 🎨 Emblem - **You draw it, pixel by pixel:** 32x32 in the game's palette, right in the browser. Only the leader draws, with a 60-second wait between redraws, and a draft saves nothing until you submit it. - **It shows up where your name does:** on your nameplate in the world, in chat and on the leaderboards. An emblem change reaches other players on their next reconnect. ### 👥 Joining and growing - **Look for a Guild:** search by name or tag, see how many members and seats each one has, and ask to join — up to 5 open requests at a time, and you can withdraw any of them. A full guild stays listed: it can still buy more seats. - **Invites:** they last 5 minutes and appear at the top of the panel. Accepting an invite, having a request accepted, or founding your own clears all your other requests. - **Seats:** 25 to start, and the leader buys +5 blocks up to 100. Each block costs more than the last, and comes out of the leader's own Gold — there is no guild treasury yet. - **Roles:** leader, officer and member. Officers can invite and remove members, never other officers and never the leader.

August 11 update

### 🖱️ Controls - **Left-click to walk:** on desktop, click the ground and your trainer walks there. Click an NPC and you walk over and start talking on arrival — the right-click menu is now a shortcut, not a requirement. Right-click still opens the same menu, and you can turn it all off under Menu (Esc) → Settings → 🖱 Mouse. - **The World Boss arena takes clicks:** it used to ignore the mouse entirely. - **Fixed wording:** the help panel, Professor Oak's tutorial and the interact prompt all taught the right-click menu as the only way to talk. They say "Click" now, in all three languages. ### 🔴 Ball automation - **The ⚙ panel responds again:** for free trainers an invisible layer was swallowing every click on every tab — including the free settings. Fixed. - **Turning automation on is free:** "Enable Poké Ball automation" is open to everyone. Ball ordering, the shiny/unseen rules and the species allow-list stay VIP — and your saved setup survives intact if a subscription lapses. - **💊 Medicine:** all three switches and their knobs (HP threshold, cure delay) remain free, right beside them. ### 📜 Quests - **Star Shards are out of quest rewards:** the hidden Pristine-catch daily paid 10 Star Shards on top of its gold. The 5,000 gold stays; the shards do not — they are the purchased currency, and a daily is a faucet you farm on a clock. No quest can pay in shards any more.

Automation is free now

### 🤖 Automation is free now - **Auto-catch, auto-potion, auto-cure and auto-revive for everyone:** they were VIP, which put the AFK half of the game behind a lock. Any account's unattended hunt now throws balls, cures status and revives on its own, in the shipped order. - **VIP is a different thing now:** your own ordering of balls, medicines and skills; 12-hour hunts (free: 6h); auto-sell; and trainer levels past 100. - **Free automation throws Poké Balls.** Every other ball you still throw by hand, at exactly the same catch chance as any other account. That doesn't change. ### 📈 Trainer cap on free accounts - **Trainer level stops rising at 100.** Your pocket monsters are unaffected: they still reach level 100 exactly as before, and nothing in combat changes. What you miss is the level-113 daily gift tier, bag growth past 216 slots, the Lenda Ativa title, and your place on the trainer leaderboard. ### ⚔️ Combat numbers - **They fall to the side now:** damage and healing all rose from the same point and stacked over the nameplate. They now fall outward, each to a side according to its colour. ### 📜 Terms of use - **Updated today:** the VIP promise was rewritten to say exactly what VIP is. It buys automation and time, never a rate — catch, shiny, drop and EXP are identical whether you pay or not.

Honest move text, and a paved plaza

### 📖 Moves now tell the truth about how long they last - **37 descriptions corrected:** they talked about "turns", which this game doesn't have — and several were simply false. Light Screen promised five turns and lasts 20 seconds; Rest claimed to heal "completely" and heals half; Disable, Bind, Wrap and Fire Spin carried durations that never existed. Each one now shows the real time, taken from the same number the game counts with. ### 🏛️ The Forest plaza - **The clearing is a square now:** the bare dirt in front of the five buildings has been paved in stone with a brick medallion at its centre, and furnished — benches, planters, stalls, signs and garden lamps. - **More light after dark:** the garden lamp and the casino sign now come on at night.

August 11, 2026

There is a WhatsApp group too

If Discord is not your thing, the community also lives in a WhatsApp group — the same people, the same questions answered, on the app you already have open. The invite is in the game's ESC menu, and in the footer of this site.

The clearing has become a village

### 🏛️ The clearing has become a village - **Five real buildings:** Professor Oak's lab, the item shop, the healing centre, a trading house for the Auction and the Exchange, and a League stadium. You walk in front of their walls and behind their rooflines, the way it should be. - **Every NPC at their own door:** the clerks moved behind their counters, Nurse Joy into the healing centre, the Collector came in off the field, and Referee Rhett now waits at the stadium entrance instead of in a corner with no path to him. - **You can walk into the stadium:** it's hollow, it has an entrance tunnel, and every tile of the pitch is walkable. - **If the NPCs looked like they hadn't moved:** they hadn't — your browser was holding on to the old roster. Fixed; everyone now shows up where they actually are. ### 🌙 Lighting - **Gentler street lamps:** the pool of light and the lamp head were reading brighter at night than the same ground does at noon. A lamp now lights the plaza instead of blowing it out. ### 🐛 Fixes - **Coming back from sleep mode:** waking a hunt left it stuck — your trainer stopped throwing balls, nothing was credited, and only restarting the hunt by hand put it right. Fixed. - **Invisible walls:** several spots in the clearing blocked you with nothing visible there, left over from trees that had already been removed. Cleared.

August 10, 2026

Day and night come to the world

### 🌅 The day passes - **The sun crosses the sky:** the world now runs a full day/night cycle every 90 real minutes. It comes off the UTC clock, so everyone everywhere stands in the same light at the same moment. - **Shadows on the ground:** trees and tall props now cast a shadow, and it follows the time of day. - **Lamps lit on the plaza:** four cast-iron street lamps ring the Forest spawn — dark by day, warming through dusk, and at night they open a pool of light on the ground. ### 🎨 Every zone its own colour - **Colour by biome:** caves read cool and washed out, water pulls blue, the Power Plant pushes green. The hunting zones stop looking like one place with different sprites. - **You can turn it off:** if you prefer the old look — or your device complains — the setting is under ⚙️ Menu → Display → "Day/night lighting and zone colour". ### 🐛 Fixes - **Trees no longer block their own shadow:** the shadow painted at the base of a trunk counted as wall. That freed 841 squares of ground across 17 maps — you can now walk where it always looked like you could. - **Linking WhatsApp:** trying to link a number that already belongs to another account is now refused with a message instead of erroring out.

August 10, 2026

August 10 update

### 🏷️ Auction House - **Forever listings:** you can now list a pocket monster with no deadline at all. It takes no offers — it simply sells at your Buy-It-Now price whenever a buyer turns up. Costs 300 Gold, and you can have up to 10 at a time. - **Pull a listing:** any listing of yours with no offers on it can be taken back, and the monster returns to your PC straight away. The listing fee isn't refunded. ### ⚔️ World Boss - **It waits in its lair:** the boss no longer charges whoever walks through the door. Your group now has time to gather before the fight starts — and if everyone pulls away, it walks back home. - **Visible combat:** half the raid's attack animations were never drawn on screen. They are now. - **Skill bar:** the buttons were casting a different move from the one the keys cast. Fixed. ### 🔦 Delves - **The Echo Guardian waits in its own lair:** once you gather the crystals it wakes at the ⚔️ marker on the map instead of appearing beside you. Now you go to it. - **Markers pulled apart:** the rescue and one of the crystals sometimes spawned on top of each other and read as a single object. ### 🏪 Around town - **Evolution Emporium:** Lapidary Orsolya has opened up with the four elemental stones and the Link Stone — and brought a quest that explains what no stone label says: the level comes before the stone. - **Clerk Pip:** the Poké Mart has its own clerk behind the counter, instead of one door onto the shop index. - **Mysterious Alakazam:** now wears the shadow aura that suits whatever it is.

August 10, 2026

Delve items count properly

### 🎒 Items inside delves - **The counter moves right away:** using a potion or throwing a ball inside a delve only updated the quantity on the bar once the delve ended. The number now changes the moment the item is spent, and the slot's cooldown comes with it. - **And when nothing is spent, you're told:** it used to say "used it!" regardless — even after the run had ended, when nothing was spent at all. If the item is on cooldown or you've run out, the bar now says so instead of pretending it worked.

August 10, 2026

Sasha's basecamp

### 🏕️ Sasha's basecamp - **The delve gate is a camp now:** Spelunker Sasha has a campfire ringed by three chairs, a lantern, a crate, a log pile and a few rocks around the tent that was already there. She outfits expeditions, so now it looks like she does. - **The lantern lights at night:** with the same restrained glow as the lamps on the plaza. ### 🐛 Fixes - **Sasha was standing inside an invisible wall:** the exact tile she stands on was blocked by a leftover from a tree removed long ago. Cleared, along with another one in the same pocket.

August 9, 2026

Update — August 9

### 🐣 Your starter - **Starter protected:** your first partner can no longer be sold or traded — it shows a 🛡 and stays safe. - **Starters returned:** anyone who already sold or traded their starter gets it back, rebuilt exactly as it was, straight to the box. ### 🖥️ Interface - **HUD size & transparency:** under Menu (Esc) → Settings → Display, you can now set the interface size (50% to 150%) and make the HUD see-through, with sliders. - **Debug + ping:** the "show debug info + ping" option works again while hunting, not only in the overworld.

August 9, 2026

Update — Diglett, Dugtrio and Primeape redrawn

### 🎨 Visuals - **Diglett, Dugtrio and Primeape redrawn:** all three had broken overworld walk animations. Primeape turned into a different creature with every step, Diglett sprouted arms and legs and climbed out of its dirt mound, and Dugtrio lost its three heads. All three now move like themselves again. - **All eight directions, shiny included:** every direction was redrawn one by one, and the shiny versions of all three were fixed to match.

August 9, 2026

Update — August 9

### 🔍 Collection - **The same filters and sorting everywhere:** the Depot, the Collector and the Auction (both browse and sell) now share one set of filters — type, nature, gender, quality, rarity, level and IV range — and each list remembers what you picked. ### 🔨 Auction House - **No pocket monster gets stuck with Avery any more:** when a listing failed halfway, the pocket monster left your PC and never came back. Now it returns on its own, with the listing fee refunded — and anyone who had already lost one got it back in this update. - **Offers are returned safely:** the gold from an offer is only marked as returned once it has actually reached your account. ### 💬 Feedback - **A GM's reply now quotes your report:** the message that arrives in your mailbox carries your own words and the date you wrote them. ### 🎒 Items & Economy - **Evolution stones cost twice as much:** buy and sell prices for all six stones have been doubled.

August 9, 2026

New Quality tab in the wiki

### 📖 Wiki - **New Quality tab:** the missing explanation of your pocket monsters' quality — the six tiers, each one's roll band, and what each is worth. At pokeafk.com/wiki/quality - **How rare each tier really is:** the odds are published now, and they come straight from the game. Absolute covers 5% of the range but shows up in only 2.3% of catches — roughly one in 44. A wide band is not a good chance: the roll is curved, and the page shows the formula. - **What quality changes:** it scales every stat together, from ×0.9 at the worst roll to ×1.1 at the best, with a worked example. And it moves price further than IVs do — all else equal, the best roll is worth ×2.29 the worst at the Collector. - **Rolled once, fixed for life:** evolving does not re-roll it, no item changes it, and it is sealed into your pocket monster's public certificate.

### 📕 Pokédex - **Evolution line:** every entry now shows the full line — what it came from, what it evolves into, at which level or with which stone. Branches like Eevee's sit side by side. - **Level-up moves:** the entry lists every move the species learns and at what level, plus everything teachable by TM/HM. ### ⚔️ Combat - **New wiki tab:** the damage formula, in the open. What your Attack is really worth, what STAB, type, crits and burn multiply — and why a +6 buff doubles your damage instead of quadrupling it. ### 🎮 Skills - **Key order:** drag (or use ▲/▼) to choose which move sits on each key from 1 to 4. Before, the order was just inherited from how you learned them. The ▲/▼ buttons work the same on a phone. ### 🧭 Quests - **The map takes you there:** when a quest sends you hunting somewhere, the Alakazam's teleport now opens focused on it, with the pin glowing. On a phone, the zone jumps to the top of the list. - **The right keys:** the tutorial no longer says "press B" — it shows the key you actually bound.

Trade window improvements

### 🤝 Trades - **Trade window redesign:** pocket monsters and items now sit in separate tabs, the squares use the Depot's compact size (full card on hover) and the window is wider — far less scrolling to build an offer. ### 🛡️ Fairness & Safety - **Auction and trade at the same time:** fixed a rare condition where listing a pocket monster on the auction at the exact moment a trade completed could pull it out of its new owner's box. The listing is now refused and the trade stands.

Update — August 8

### 🏥 Healing - **Healing only at Nurse Joy:** the ❤️ button that healed your team from anywhere is gone — now you patch the team up by walking to Nurse Joy at the Center (still free; getting there is the cost). ### 🖥️ Interface - **Icon rail on desktop:** the bottom-corner icon column no longer covers the consumable bar on a computer.

Update — August 8

### 💬 Chat - **Inspect from chat:** right-click (or tap, on a phone) someone's name in chat to open their trainer card — or fire off a whisper right there.

Update — August 8

### 📱 Mobile - **Item bar without dragging:** you can now put a potion on the bar with the "Add to item bar" button — dragging doesn't work on touch screens, so using items (and finishing the tutorial) now works on a phone. - **Cleaner HUD:** the ☰ menu starts collapsed on a phone, and the automation panels and the welcome-back report no longer hide behind the interface. - **Item detail:** an item's description stops being squeezed on narrow screens. ### ⚖️ Fairness - **Steadier offline hunts:** hunting while you're away now moves through the wild pocket monsters instead of repeating the same ones, and sleeping (💤) or losing connection no longer heals your team on its own.

Update — August 8

### 🎮 Controls & Tutorial - **The keys you actually bound:** the tutorial and help now show the keys you configured, instead of a fixed "WASD". The walk and interact instructions were corrected — on a mouse it's right-click → 💬 Interact, and on a phone it's a tap on the screen. ### ⚖️ Fairness - **Steadier hunts:** leaving and coming back to a hunting zone no longer reshuffles the wild pocket monsters — the same zone returns with the same encounters.

Potions now have a 20-second cooldown

### 🧪 Potions now have a cooldown - **20 seconds between potions:** healing was effectively free — you could top your lead up almost every moment, so keeping it standing was never a real constraint. Now it is. The cooldown covers the whole group: using a Potion leaves Super Potion, Hyper Potion and the rest waiting too. - **The bar shows it:** the slot darkens with a countdown, just like your skills, and the item's tooltip states the number of seconds before you spend it. - **However you use one:** by hand, from your backpack, or through VIP auto-potion — the bar lights up the cooldown in all of them. Before, only a click on the bar showed it. - **Balls, Revives and status cures are unchanged:** still 2.6s, 2s and 1s.

Potions, cooldown and chat focus

### 🧪 Potions & Cooldown - **Auto-potion fires again the moment the cooldown ends:** if your pocket monster is still below the percentage you chose, the next potion goes in right away. It used to wait for the cooldown after that one — the dial finished and nothing happened for another full cycle. - **Spam-clicking a potion no longer restarts its dial:** the lockout was always real server-side, but every click restarted the animation, so anyone clicking repeatedly never saw the item come back. The dial now counts down once, to the end. ### 💬 Chat - **Clicking outside the chat gives the keyboard back:** with the cursor in the message box, WASD typed letters instead of walking. A click anywhere outside the chat now drops focus and you move again immediately — Escape still works too.

Sound, music, friendships and the Name Tag

### 🔊 Sound & music - **A soundtrack:** the game has music now. Five lofi tracks — overworld, hunt, cave, arena and boss — that rotate on their own so a long session doesn't wear thin. It ships **off**: turn it on under ESC → 🔊 Sound. - **Three separate channels:** battle, interface/catches and music each have their own volume. Turn the fighting down and still hear a catch land. - **Quiet in a background tab:** each channel decides whether it keeps playing when you switch away — and it now defaults to no. Battle sound used to carry on with the tab hidden. - **Catch sound:** the ball confirms when it holds, and sounds different when the pocket monster breaks out. Catching a **shiny** plays the longest fanfare in the game, on hunts and in delves alike. ### 🤝 Friendships & Party - **Friendships grow:** every day you play together — party, duel, ranked or a whisper — counts as one day. At 1/7/30/90/360 days you climb to Good, Great, Ultra, Best and Forever Friend, shown as a coloured heart on the friends rail. Tiers will discount trades and breeding. - **Run your party from its frame:** a menu on each member (kick, pass leadership), a 👥 party chat tab, and the roster updates the moment somebody joins or leaves. ### ✨ Effects & Interface - **You can see status on the sprite:** burn throws embers, poison bubbles, paralysis arcs, freeze crystals — and so on across all eight conditions. No more checking the icon beside the HP bar. - **Drag panels out of the way:** the ⠿ handle moves any panel; double-click it to snap back to centre. - **Nothing floats over a panel:** the dialogue box, the hunt card and emotes hide while a panel is open. Skipping an evolution no longer closes what was behind it either. ### 🏷️ Items & Pokédex - **Name Tag:** a rare drop from delve 30+ that lets you nickname a pocket monster. You can change it later — each change uses a tag. - **Shiny throws:** the stat line now splits out how many balls you threw at shinies.

August 7 update

### 📰 What's new - Bulletin Board: a new 📰 button on the HUD gathers the news, the patch notes and what is running right now. It opens once by itself when there is something new, then stays there for whenever you want to read it again. ### ⚔️ Combat - Overworld duels actually work: both health bars finally move, your opponent's name shows above them, and the pocket monsters walk instead of sliding. None of that worked before. ### ✨ Events - What is in force shows on the HUD: the strip under your team shows the day's Shiny Spotlight and your active repel, with the time left on each. A 25x shiny day you cannot see is a day you do not use. - Repel in your language: the repel notice was English for everyone. Not any more. ### ⚡ Performance - A background tab no longer goes heavy: leaving the game open in another tab piled up minutes of frozen animation and dumped all of it the moment you came back. Effects are now dropped while the tab is hidden — everything still happens, just without the backlog.

Bulletin board in order, and WhatsApp groups

### 📰 Bulletin Board - **Newest posts first:** the board was showing July announcements above the same day's patch notes. It now sorts by the date printed on the post itself, and the unread marker stopped relighting itself on every update. ### 📱 WhatsApp groups - **Market group:** every pocket monster listed on the Auction House is announced in a WhatsApp group, with the full details — level, quality, nature, all six IVs and where it came from. - **News group:** bulletin board posts arrive on WhatsApp too. - **How to join:** the team holds the group links; joining and leaving is entirely up to you, and we never message a number that has not messaged us first.

Update — inspect card reorganized

### 👤 Profile & Social - **Inspect card, reorganized:** inspecting another trainer now shows their info in tabs — 📜 Overview, 🐾 Team and 🏆 Ranks. - **The story leads:** the Overview tab opens with the trainer's own written story, followed by new public facts: member since, playtime, collection progress, ✨ shinies, catches, evolutions, highest level, rarest catch and medal counts. - **IV hexagon on the team:** each pocket monster in an inspected team now shows the stat hexagon instead of the six bars — click a card for the exact numbers.

August 7 update — Shiny Spotlight and Pokédex

### ✨ Shiny Spotlight - Far better odds on the week's shiny: the Friday event was too rare to notice — most weeks nobody ever saw the featured pocket monster at all. The odds are up sharply: a long hunt in the right zone now tends to turn one up. ### 📕 Pokédex - Shiny counted per species: every entry shows how many of that pocket monster you have defeated and caught — and how many of those were shiny. - The Pokédex remembers now: selling your last copy of a species used to flip the entry back to "not caught". It now remembers everything you have ever caught, even what you no longer hold. - Icons instead of emoji: the stat line has pixel-art icons and one number per line, in place of the system emoji. ### 📰 Bulletin Board - The featured offer actually shows up: the board's offer card had never appeared since the board launched.

Every move now works — full battle mechanics update

All 164 gen-1 moves are now fully functional in combat: stat stages (Growl, Swords Dance), status moves (Sleep Powder, Thunder Wave), heals, drain and recoil, multi-hits, flinch, critical hits, fixed damage, one-hit KOs, charge moves like Dig and Solar Beam, and uniques from Substitute to Metronome. Farm pocket monsters weave status moves into their rotation automatically; in the PvP Arena every slot is castable. The moves wiki now shows each move's mechanics — and there's a new Battle Mechanics guide.

The full Gen-1 database is live

All 151 pocket monsters, the 15-type effectiveness chart, 13 farm zones, and 118 items are now loaded into the game database and served through the wiki.

PokeAFK announced
